    Their games aren’t games, but engagement software intended to keep you playing with systems and currencies and mechanism and pseudo-progression to make you feel like you’re doing something worthwhile, when all you’re really doing is working a second job masquerading as entertainment. Stay well the fuck clear of any- and everything they do, it’s not fun anymore, it’s just addictive and soul-crushing.

    Apart from the gameplay loops, they have zero competent writers left, and everything is so revoltingly inoffensive that you’ll soon start skipping cinematics and cutscenes because watching nothing is better than watching the garbage that passes for storytelling in a Blizzard game. When you remove all edge—and believe me, there is absolutely no edge on anything coming out of Blizzard—all you’re left with is a formless blob of goo, and that’s what Blizzard’s storytelling is. It’s so incredibly fucking infuriatingly boring and pointless, I get angry just thinking about it. Their latest two WoW expansions have been utter, utter shit, and every update to that game brings another chapter of utter shit into the world, making the world a worse place for everyone.

    I absolutely fucking hate Blizzard, but even more than Blizzard, I hate how successful their games are. People truly are fucking retarded.
