Went back to light beer over IPAs. I also stop drinking 3ish hours before bed and switch to water. Normally wake up around 5am to pee and I’ll take ibuprofen if I still have a headache.

If you post a serious question on friday and are looking only for legitimate answers, then please include the [Serious] tag on your post. Irrelevant replies will then be removed by moderators.
