I (24m) am 6’6" tall. One of my female friends who’s 5’5" told me that my height makes my belly particularly vulnerable in case if I get attacked with a pocket knife, for example. Why is it so?

Are internal organs proportionally larger on tall people, or are the the same size as those in short people but with more empty space around them? If it’s the latter, then being tall would probably give you a better chance of surviving a single random stab to your stomach area right?
