Thanks for letting me know, should have it fixed shortly.
Coromon too
That’s very true, but there’s something so blissful about those rare days I go to bed and wake up at like 2am and just kind of consciously drift in and out of a very light sleep for 5 hours. Just awake enough to think and relax, but not enough to stress over the upcoming day and responsibilities.
That’s a great idea. I tend to scroll lemmy in bed like I’m doing now. Actually associating sleep with lying in bed sounds like it’d be pretty helpful.
There’s also postcrossing.com for physical post card swapping.

That’s a blast from the past! Those songs made up my childhood, lived em and loved em.
Just topped ya ;). I listen pretty much the whole day.
Adorable! Here’s mine:

Awesome! Glad to hear that its working out. Yeah let me know of any problems, incorrect data, or missing exercises and features you might find useful.
Otherwise, I’m mainly focused on slowly adding in better exercise images and making the code a little more robust.
Thanks for letting me know, I just disabled the check that prevented two login or confirmation emails sending in the same day (since I added in captchas). It’s possible one of your emails bounced, so you can try re-logging in on the website to re-send the account confirmation email. The app token needs to come from the ‘Regenerate Token’ button on the preferences page, or else they expire.
Also, if you signed up with a gmail account then you need to add in the +aworkoutaday into your email for legacy reasons.
Hey, thanks for trying it out! If you navigate back to the preferences page (might have to relogin to the web if you disabled the emails) and scroll down to the very bottom you will see a component to re-generate an app token, that’s where the app-login token comes from. I will add some copy to the app explaining this.

I’ve been writing A Workout a Day.
It’s email-first, but there is an app you can use to view the workouts. If you select 0 strengthening days and check ‘include mobility workouts’ you would only see a warmup and cooldown which consist of mostly yoga poses.
A lot of people are talking about better ergonomics, which is great and helpful for preventing symptoms. But for me, what helped most to reverse my symptoms was performing finger extension exercises throughout the day.
Mouse clicking is all finger flexion so you need to balance that out by working the opposite muscles. Finger extension stretches (lifting one finger at a time off a table; stretches the flexor muscles), finger tendon glide, and finger spreads (spreading fingers apart with a resistance band; strengthens extensor muscles; my fav) have all been incredibly helpful in managing symptoms.
Ball squeezes on the other hand aggravate my symptoms because they work the same muscles and motions that clicking does. So don’t do those.
