Working out at the gym to fit my underwear
And it makes the sunset really pink, because of the air pollution! But the the main question is, is it worth it?
Well then you owe me a dumpling out dumpling equivalent.
That’s enough Jerry, now you’re just playing around.
I transitioned from an elliptical to the treadmill. Knees are in rough shape and it took about 4 weeks for them to get sore after pushing a little too quick and not getting proper rest. Probably wasn’t doing enough stretching either. Inside of my knee is where it hurt so don’t think it was an IT band issue.
Listened to my body, that’s the fitness victory. Knee feels better 7 days since my last run and just in time to set off of a thru hike of the Uinta Highline Trail on Sunday. Hella excited for the adventure too!
Just manager.
Look at what you went ahead and did; made me learn something when I was just trying to make a joke.
But seriously, super interesting and appreciate the serious reply!
It’s it because you can’t trust the Dutch?
The other piece that can come after this is the eventual gaslighting where they deny they said it. I can say that, personally, there have been times where I have begun to doubt my perspective because of the strength of their denial and my openness to examine why I think what I do (not all the time if I’m being fair). The amount of effort that goes into learning that it is a tactic with the desired outcome to be bend people to their will can be a hard learned skill.
Surely to fuck the FAA will resist such a move that is based on a bottom line of a corporation and not on safety, right?..right?!
I did a practicum in a federal prison for a year and somehow my supervisor and I got onto the topic of bathroom use (probably just talking about the reality of incarcerated live). I’ll never forget it because it was such a candid moment for him when he said: real thugs sit. Nothing else added, just let it be said like that. People that don’t clean up after themselves definitely grinds my gears.
What kind of damned animal doesn’t rinse their dishes after washing them with soap?! I refuse to accept there are people out there doing this and if there are: I am not mad, I am just deeply disappointed in you.
Hear that subtle mandolin?
Same here, it’s been a fun experience.
I usually shoot for about 2,500 calories per day. Right now, I am thinking about 120-140 calories per ounce. Breakfast is a granola with chocolate, chia seeds, freeze-dried fruit, and whole powdered milk (also do a coffee hot chocolate mocha thing that is always a great extra way to get extra calories). Dinner is freeze dried meal, Sakura’s rice and beans, and Mac and cheese (using cheese powder from Amazon). Snacks are mix of trail mix, Snickers, and Ritz cheese cracker sandwiches. I’m debating bringing some flour tortillas and peanut butter to make some trail mix wrap things but haven’t fully landed on it yet.
Clothing wise, I have a tropic comfort II sunshirt and strider pro shorts. I have a primaloft active fleece (their answer to alpha direct) and decathlon forclaz 100 hoodie for insulation. Also have a pair of Copperfield windpants for the wind. Got a versalite for my rain jacket. Feel pretty solid about my clothing set up for the most part. Only newish piece is the fleece which I haven’t used but one time in North Carolina this past memorial day. Going to bring sunblock for my legs as I’m more comfortable with the shorts over pants (I sweat something fierce and I’m just personally more comfortable with some sunscreen). Hopefully I can get my write up up before you head out just in case.
You’re comparing the caffeine content of a 30oz drink to a 16 oz and 12 oz respectively. Red bull is 111. Monster is 86. I had gotten these charged lemonades regularly before these lawsuits. Know what was on the machine when you went to get it? The exact caffeine content. The entire time. Always. It was pretty clearly marketed as having about as much caffeine as a cup of coffee if you drank a cup of coffee worth. If these specifically need to be marketed as energy drinks, then so does coffee. A standard cup of coffee has 100-150 mg of caffeine.
The first time I had a full 30 oz serving of the mango one I felt like I was vibrating. I decided from that point on to only get half and fill the rest with unsweetened tea. There absolutely should be clearly marked caffeine content in things. And we live in a litigious society. I’m pissed because now I have to ask one of the employees to get these for me instead of me just being able to serve myself…like I can their coffee.
