We are doing things. An important judge race in WI went our way. Couple of FL congress races were won by republicans by a lot less then expected. In MN we had 25000 people turn out. There are tons of cases working through the courts.
About all can be done at the moment is file law suits, try to shift public opinion enough so Republican congessman start getting nervous, win elections as come up.
