The biggest problem with our country is the damn supply chains. We need to tear down the north south(CAN->US->CAN) supply chains we had in place until now and replace them with East->west supply chains.
To get an aluminium can, we export raw aluminium and US makes cans and sends it back to us. They have been taking us for a ride. We get nothing in return. Hopefully Carney is able to incentivize industries which would let us move production back to Canada.

Yes! And we need to build out our rail networks. It should be really cheap to move stuff across country by rail on manifest trains. Additionally, we should have a high speed rail network connecting all of our major cities so that we can travel anywhere without flying, without driving, and without crossing the border.
Yes. Quebec city to Toronto is one straight line and building a high speed railway on a straight line is damn easy. Costly but engoneering wise there are not much challenges.
