Tomorrow from 18:00 onwards Sopuli will be down for some time. During this time, the Hetzner VPS will be scaled up (quad-core procesor and 16 GB of RAM) and other measures will be taken.

Update 04.07.2023: The maintenance is done and Sopuli is up again!

Huomenna klo 18:00 alkaen Sopuli on alhaalla jonkin aikaa. Tällöin Hetznerin virtuaalipalvelin skaalataan isommaksi (neliydinprosessori ja 16 gigatavua keskusmuistia) ja tehdään muita toimenpiteitä.

      Yeah the reddit exodus continues. It was quite slow yesterday but feels fine today.

      I also like how sopuli is the first thing im using thats on the same timezone as my country, no need to do time math

        It is definitely a new experience that I can talk to the admins in my native language. Well, not since the times of IRC. Or when talking aloud to myself while doing admin tasks.

      Yeah there’s been ups and downs for sure. Since I’m not installing the official reddit app I’ve been around a lot more since RiF stopped working (although it actually still works, logged out, strangely), so I’ve been noticing it more.
