I love watching this guy build miniature hydroelectric dams. Not necessarily incredibly high power or super practical (I wonder how long it’ll last given the massive amounts of energy to build in this manner?), but growing up I had a creek in my back yard and the idea of getting energy from the water flowing down the mountain is really interesting to me!
