A murder of leading law professors have argued that the Fourteenth Amendment is self-executing and requires local election officials to remove Trump from the ballot, as though he were a “stable genius” who had not reached the age of 35. Taking their lead, citizens’ groups have commenced actions in at least 21 states to disqualify Donald Trump from running for President because he engaged in an insurrection.

Trump has prevailed in three of these cases, but it is only the first lap around the track…

Ok so here’s what I don’t understand: Trump is claiming he will set up camps for protesters on day one and his followers will murder democrats in cold blood.

Obviously these things are against not only the constitution but against the law. So is he going to suspend the constitution and the law? Can I rob banks during this time and get away without repercussions? Extrajudicial murder? Or is the law only suspended for his actions? That goes against the law so the law would have to be permanently suspended. A nation without laws, that means we would be rent/mortgage free as no one is following the laws; if you see now where this leads, total societal collapse.
