And MAGA thought T-rump was gonna “fix” the fucking economy. 🤦🏻 Biden brought down inflation faster than any other country after the pandemic and that wasn’t good enough for them. So they elected the world‘s stupidest businessman. I guess you can’t expect much from the people who thought “let’s go Brandon” was super clever.

It is not a political ideology. It is mental illness. These people are a danger to society, and themselves.

People tried “acceptance” as a strategy and unsurprisingly - it didn’t work.

What else is there left to do? Do we just bully the shit out of these idiots until they can’t live with themselves? How do you legally reduce the amount of literal idiots in the world? Force them into education programs? Mental health programs?

Biden brought down inflation faster than any other country after the pandemic and that wasn’t good enough for them.

Unfortunately, it wasn’t just the brainless redhats that kept going on about inflation and how this was the worstest economy ever, it was a lot of others, too, and at least some of them should have fucking known better, but didn’t care, or were actively working to get little d back in power.

I’m so tired of the people that tell me how terrible it was for Biden/Kamala to list the economy as one of their highlights because not everyone was doing fantastic (name me one time in American history where you couldn’t find someone having economic hardship, FFS). The notion that staying home and pouting or voting for little d was going to improve anything is so obviously a fucking lie, one for which all but billionaires are going to pay for…

I will never buy American milk. Ever.

It has nothing to do with price, and everything to do with the US allowing the injection of growth hormones in Dairy cows which are banned in Canada.

All distractions and creating confusion… stop listening to what he says and start paying attention to what he and the people he appointed do and who benefit from it.

The clock is ticking down on a crucial but little-noticed part of President Donald Trump’s first round of executive orders — the one tasking the secretaries of the Department of Defense and Department of Homeland Security to submit a joint report, within 90 days, recommending “whether to invoke the Insurrection Act.”

Many of us are now holding our collective breath, knowing that the report and what it contains could put us on the slippery slope toward unchecked presidential power under a man with an affinity for ironfisted dictators.

Adding to the suspense was the recent “Friday Night Massacre” at the Pentagon — the firing of the nation’s top uniformed officer and removing other perceived guardrails (i.e., the top uniformed lawyers at the Army, Navy and Air Force) standing between the president and his long-stated intention to declare martial law upon returning to power.

Source: Is Trump preparing to invoke the Insurrection Act? Signs are pointing that way

You’re a better person than I am if you can. There is a firehose of bullshit coming at us right now.

Him “thinking about” or “threatening” doing shit is a distraction until it gets to the next step. Him “moving” to do shit is him actually having started the process.

What I mean is the whole threats of tariffs thing is distracting people from the hollowing out of the government and checks / balances that make it a democracy. Removing protections against and sanctions on Russia. Pouring all the goodwill and trust on the stage of world politics down the drain. Who stands to benefit from an isolated US and infighting within NATO?

When my car is broken I fix it myself because I’m an expert in car repair. I have a record of cars that I’ve fixed up for myself, family and friends. I’m an actual engineer but don’t design cars lol. Anyway I if my car was broken and I couldn’t fix it because I either didn’t have time or didn’t know how or didn’t have the tools, I would not take my car to a neighbors garage or even one of those mechanics for cheap places. So needles to say I wouldn’t take it to a failed mechanic business and then let one of their idiotic Microsoft word clerk/mechanics “fix” my car. Okay I would actually take my car to a cheapskate mechanic. But I wouldn’t take it to a broke cheapskate mechanic with history of leaving cars in disrepair.

    From the article:

“Canada has been ripping us off for years on lumber and on dairy products,” Trump said in an Oval Office address Friday, citing Canada’s roughly 250% tariff on US dairy exports to the country. Trump said America would match those tariffs dollar-for-dollar.

Canada has been ripping us off for years on lumber

Lumber?! LUMBER?! The same soft wood lumber deal that gutted the Canadian industry?! The thing we took on the chin to “be a good neighbour”!?
