Usually when the article doesn’t state the cause of death, it either is could be something like overdose or suicide. The article mentioned the family were “shocked” would gives some credence to that but can’t say for certain until it’s reported…
The mother’s statement “I wish that love alone could have saved you” makes it pretty clear it was either drugs or self-inflicted.

This is wild speculation, so keep that in mind. However, I wouldn’t be surprised to find out that he died from drug poisoning/drugs laced with fentanyl. It’s so much more risky now than it has ever been to do any steeet drug. Fentanyl kills so many young people just looking to experiment with their bodies.
