I love how the pictures show that people are currently comfortably living there. I’m guessing they ran out of money to re-finish the interiors after they gutted the downstairs to convert to an open plan, tacked up some plastic over the insulation, and just moved in anyway.
I thought this community is about poorly taken photos or weird crap on the lawn, etc.?
The pictures look professionally taken to me. Not the agent’s fault that the house is well and truly fucked.
Edit: Just saw the sidebar, apparently the property itself is also considered. In that case, please disregard my comment. Just leaving it for the sake of posterity :-)
British Columbia. All land value. You can ski like 50 mountains within an hour. This place needs 25k in siding or paint and another few thousand in dry wall or wood if you want to be fancy. It’s a great place.
Realistically it is free. Anyone buying it is probably only interested in the land under it.

“runs perfectly, just needs engine. No lowballs, I know what I have!”
What if you get a free cat though? That’s one good looking kitty.
That thought is the only thing putting me off 🙂
The worse a property the more likely the pictures will be “high dynamic range”. 😂
Even the agent is describing it as just a footprint.
This resonated with me.
Like, my personality isn’t great right now, but I’ve definitely blocked off all the space for a really killer one.
It should be at auction for the land value. There are some serious structural code violations.
Holy shit. Exposed OSB board on the exterior, exposed, hanging electrical, how does this even have an occupancy permit!!?? The vapor barrier has been compromised on the exterior, but don’t worry we just put plastic on the inside of the walls so the moisture can’t reach us!
“It’s perfect!”
