I know virtually nothing about the tech side of all this, but as an enthusiastic user this looks like the kind of thing I want to happen to the Fediverse.

Good stuff, I’ve been using Lemmy Community Boost for a while now, so it’s good to see it getting an upgrade.
Isn’t this kind of against the point of the fediverse? Or at least slapping duct tape over a flaw in the implementation?
